We could not possibly recommend VIP Adjusting more. Five stars is not enough. They saved our sanity and guided us through the viscous maze that is the world of insurance claims. After Hurricane Ian, Lance and his team were professional and calming at the most turbulent time as a home owner. They were up front about the length of time it would take to get full restitution for our claim. They cleared the way through a sea of mis-information and obstacles. The system is stacked against the policy holder and insurance companies purposely try to cloud and confuse you to avoid paying rightful claims. VIP cut through all that bureaucratic "red tape" and held our insurance company to honor the terms of our policy as agreed to in our contract. VIP save our sanity and health (literal and mental) not to mention all the time it takes to interface with the claims adjusters, field adjusters and other parties involved. Not sure what we would have done without them. Until the system changes (and it won't for the "little guy"), thank goodness for folks like Lance, Maureen, Aaron and Chrisian. Their tenacity and dedication helped to get us back into our house. We are forever appreciative.

We are truly grateful for the VIP team for their attention and dedication on our roof claim. We are first-time homeowners and prior to working with Lance and his team we were barely knowledgeable of the process of filing claims or even just working with insurance companies and how they operate. VIP Adjusting is fantastic! From my first conversation with Cristian, I knew we were in great hands with trusted professionals who really would have our best interest in mind. Cristian was prompt, professional, courteous and so responsive to all our questions. With our primary home in Oklahoma, when the hurricane destroyed our property in Ft Myers Beach, we did not know where to turn for help with our insurance company. VIP knew exactly what to do! They coordinated with our insurance company storm trooper adjuster, communicated directly with the insurance company on our behalf, and handled all the correspondence. It was such a smooth process and was resolved much quicker with our insurance company as a result of Cristian's hard work and VIP Adjusting's reputation. We have other neighbors in our Ft Myers Beach that the adjuster has not even been out, or they have sent multiple adjusters, offers very little claim money and now they can't get the insurance company to call them back.
