It's been a very pleasant experience to work with Sabrina D in the past week regarding my inquiries about the CoverAmerica-Gold plan. Sabrina and I went through the Sample Description of Coverage together, and to address my specific concerns, such as marathon coverage, she reached out to the IMG administrator, confirmed with them the coverage, and got back to me in a very efficient manner. The team at Visitors coverage is always available to answer questions. After my husband's recent fall and surgery, they called me as I was anxious about the entire process. Please don’t fall for this kind of scam. You will have to pay everything out of pocket , since this insurance will not cover anything stating that it’s preexisting conditions, even after you declare everything and buy an expensive plan like Gold plan. They don't even cover a simple covid test for my mom and charged me $100 , when clearly I covered it when I purchased.next step is fill out a huge background form for an appeal as you have all the free time with us after making the purchase.

If you know that nothing serious gonna happen, I would say directly reach out to the urgent care they will help you by having upto 50% discount if you pay upfront.
Never in my lifetime I am going to buy or recommend anyone to purchase visitor coverage plans. To all of my Indian friends , please listen to your heart and find alternatives. We are smart after all.

After six months of filing a claim for a stroke that my Mother had while visiting Canada, they have decided that it was a pre-existing condition. I called them several times in the six months it took them to deny payment and they always told me they were reviewing the claim. They were just looking for excuses to deny payment. Now I'm under water with $65,000 debt. As most of the Insurance companies, these guys are just in business to sell you the policy and deny paying any claim. Go with a know reputable company and I hope this review helps you avoid getting scammed like us. I already did everything in the link the guy who responded to the review included MONTHS ago and they were just delaying everything to deny the claim!!! Stay away from this company!
