This is the best insurance office that I have ever dealt with, all through shopping rates and going to all the major providers nobody comes close to the service that I have received with this office. Good pricing too, and the level of care that I received through this has been second to none. I have an ongoing 14+ strand email chain of questions and well explained answers on a simple single person auto policy that is not bundled. I am a small account for them at this time in my life and I felt as if they treated me like the only one they had. Amber has been the one helping me and taking the time and giving the effort to explain the things that might be confusing that I didn't ask about, recommending levels of coverage in a very polite and not forceful upsell type manner. She was always prompt with replying and never felt like I was a burden for requoting the same policy 3 or more times to try and get the monthly rate down. I received a hand written card in the mail just from reaching out for a quote - This office cares about their customers! Amber and this American Family insurance team has not only earned my business, but my respect, trust, and admiration. Kudos to the Eureka AMFAM office and how it operates!
