I wanted to reach out to share some feedback based on my experience as a contractor working with insurance companies for over 10 years. Unfortunately, I’ve noticed that some of the individuals I’ve interacted with at your company appear to lack the knowledge required to navigate claims efficiently, or they may be handling these cases without the depth of understanding expected in this field. This has led to delays and miscommunications that impact the overall process.

As a professional who values efficiency and accuracy, I would appreciate it if you could ensure that any representatives handling our cases are well-versed in the specifics of insurance claims and repairs. I believe this would streamline our interactions and improve the overall experience for all parties involved.

This company is a disgrace to the industry and doing nothing but try to help insurance companies pay customers and contractors less than what they are rightfully owed. We have had the unfortunate experience of working with these clowns numerous times. Some of the people are sometimes willing to discuss the facts, but most just ignore anything that anyone with common sense would accept. The end result is always the same though, the more they can reduce the payout due to the client, the better for them and the insurance companies who hire them. I wouldn't believe anyone who gave this company more than 1 star- they must have been paid to do so.

These people are the problem. They are why homeowner's cannot get their homes put back together after a disaster.

The way they work is that they are hired, by your insurance company, to cut the invoices of work already done or estimates of work that hasn't been done. They are literally paid to screw over homeowners. That is the long and short of it.

They, along with your insurance company, don't have any legal justifications to do so but they are hoping that they can pay less on your claim by wearing you down by dragging out the process.

The only positive reviews here are from their employees and people who have a vested interest in profiting from your loss.

I agree with most everyone who has left a 1-star review. If it were possible to leave less than 1, I certainly would. Insurance carriers hire these jokers to reduce their claims payouts by writing comparable estimates. They never visit the jobsites and do not even review the documentation provided by the contractors. The absolute worst company.

Had terrible experiences with this company. David Porterfield speaks to customers/contractors in condescending tones while simultaneously trying to cheat contractors out of their rightfully earned money. What a complete sham. I have the emails to prove back it up and we are still waiting for the correct/accurate info to he forwarded to AutoOwners insiramce so that we may collect on an almost 5 month old invoice. Shameful practices. We are lodging complaints with the Georgia Imsirance Commisioner so that they will at least be aware and possibly intervene.

This is probably one of the worst businesses ever created by the insurance company to justify and to deter homeowners from their claims processes. To any smart homeowners, the secret is do not negotiate with terrorist hire a Public Adjustor or escalate to someone who can help you get indemnified.

Their sole existence is to take money from contractors invoices and save money for the insurance. Your money spent on premiums every month is spent on protecting the insurances best interest… their money.
