We recently had a homeowners/property claim at our residence. Our agent Wayne Klassen and his agency staff proved once again the tremendous value they bring to the customer and our community. The claim process is very involved, may involve multiple claims adjusters and contractors. In addition, there is a lot of paperwork involved that may not be the easiest to understand. Wayne and the agency staff were with us every step of the way. Whether it was a phone call, an email or a personal visit we were always treated with the utmost understanding and care. Our claim was handled fairly and to our

If you are looking for a friendly agent who cares about finding you the best value or even just being a kind human being do not choose Wayne. I’ve had insurance with his office for over three years and every interaction I have had with him has always been unpleasant. I feel as though I’m bothering him when I call maybe once every six months. One thing I am able to say is his staff is friendly everytime I have spoken to them. I have never been late on any payments nor have I had any automobile violations in the past three years. I would assume that would be a fantastic customer to keep and to value. Apparently not. I finally found a cheaper rate and chose to go elsewhere with my business. Not once did Wayne ask why I would be cancelling or if there was anything he could do to keep me as a client.
