I have been a Weed Ross customer for about 7 years now. I have never filed a claim. Today I was rear ended in my new vehicle while stopped at a streetlight. I called Sean, the proprietor, after hours. He took care of everything. Some folks (me included) wonder what’s the point of having an agent. Well, now I know. Sean spent almost an hour, on a Friday, after hours, making sure my claim was filed. And he did it in a way to protect my interest as the party not at fault. Sean was knowledgeable, highly professional, and immediately responsive to my needs. I would and do recommend him anytime someone has an insurance related issue. High marks to a well run organization.
