My agent, Mike Susic, is tremendous. I've used Mike and Wiess for over 7 years. You won't find a more responsive, caring, and customer focused agent. I had a claim for wind damage to my house, we hit a little road bump and Mike really showed up for us to help. My sister passed away recently - Mike reached out and was not only tremendously sympathetic, he also jumped in and proactively helped me cover my sister's car while it's going through probate. You won't find a better agent. Period.

Terrible customer service. I’ve been dealing with the Weiss Insurance Agency in Swansea, Illinois. Travelers insurance jumped my homeowners cost $700 this year even though I have had no claims. I asked Weiss to shop homeowners and auto policies with the other companies they represent. A week goes by and I heard nothing. I saved $1,700 going with State Farm, who wanted my business. When I went to cancel my Travelers with them. I was told they couldn’t help me. When these people act like they don’t want your business, what do you think will happen when you have a claim?

Weiss Insurance has handled our business liability and WC insurance needs for 3 years. They do their research and compare so we get the most competitive and complete coverage possible. Anne Bosch was fantastic to work with! I had just purchased my first home and so I had never had homeowners insurance before. She was always so quick to respond to any questions I had (via phone and email) and was so helpful in explaining the policy to me and what the different coverages meant. It's kind of stressful dealing with all the details of buying a house after going under contract but Anne made the insurance part of it so incredibly easy! Highly recommend!
