I went with a friend to do his routine employment drug testing. We got there at 4:07pm and the doors were already locked. We called and got no answer of course. Must be nice to just close and leave 30 minutes early without giving notice. Very unprofessional. We will avoid this place in the future. By the way... they changed their number and did not change it on the answering machine message. And their hours changed till 4pm the people next door told us. Do not use this place if possible!!

A family member went in to do a drug test for pre employment and was treated horribly. Staff is very judgmental and accusatory and was asked if my family member was trying to cheat because the temperature of urine wasn’t high enough when all sources say it was acceptable.

I went in here because my new job required it, figured it would be pretty simple and from the beginning I was treated awful.
They questioned the job I was going from while judging me on appearance. And genuinely seemed uncaring that not one but all three of these women in office where just super judgmental and cruel.
I genuinely usually try to be optimistic in any situation but these women at this place left bawling in my car afterwards.
Overall just horrendous service and I will take driving to Mountain Grove any day than returning here every again.

They do DOT drug tests, and physical exams. You can park your semi truck on the street if need to. Friendly and quick service.

I was judged and accused of trying to cheat when I went in for a required drug test for a job. They made me wait for almost 10 minutes on the verge of soiling myself, then refused to even test my sample because "the temperature wasnt right". They immediately accused me of cheating as soon as I gave them my sample and cost me a dream job.

Hopefully the "ladies" at this location realize eventually acting outside the law and regulations will constitute a lawsuit. Acting superior to the law doesn't actually make you above the law. Evaluation of staff is definitely needed or a lawsuit should be garnered.

my boyfriend went in for a pre-employment drug test has taken many with the company before and past was treated very unfairly they made fun of his last name they accused him of tampering with his urine even though they asked him to step out in the middle of doing so and they said they were satisfied and then had him go back and finish and then told him they would not accept it and then when I called to ask for a supervisor's name the person on the phone actually told me all about his case which is a HIPAA violation I highly urge anybody to go to a different facility for drug testing I would never use these people they are discriminatory simple and unprofessional at the least my Google review.
