I had used West Ridge Accounting for the past 7-8 years ever since I moved to Greeley, Colorado. I've worked with Samantha and Kelvin for my personal and businesses tax return filings. I recently contacted the office to advise that due to recent divorce I had failed to file my taxes for 2023 and 2024 and that I would like to continue having their services due to the complexity and work history. The young lady that answered the phone was very polite and helpful. I had informed her that I had been helped in the past by Samantha and Kelvin. She said she would ask them for their availability and call me back. To my surprise she stated Samantha no longer had the capacity to take me and my tax return needs and she was waiting for Kelvin to respond. How disappointing after so many years of giving them my business they can easily drop a client who has paid for their services every year. I must say Kelvin has always been polite, knowledgeable and answered all my questions on a timely manner. However, Samantha, the owner seems to lack professionalism and forgot who was one of her main and repeated clients when she first started her business here in Greeley. I obviously would not recommend doing business with West Ridge Accounting.

Erik was SUPER thorough answering my questions, making sure I felt heard, and he explained concepts that otherwise would have been complicated for me to learn on my own in a very simple way. I went in today and it was the best experience! I remember years ago going into a taxes offices and being there for hours. Sam was super quick, i was out in 25 minutes max. It's my first time doing my own taxes (no longer being a dependent) and Sam really made everything so simple and easy for me to understand! I was nervous to walk into a place where i could maybe be taken advantage of and my money due to past experiences but this was not the case here. Fair pricing for sure. She asked only only what she needed to and even informed me on things I didn't know so it was great to see someone as honest as her, trying to help out in every way possible to get the best out of my taxes. 10/10 recommended and the kind young lady at the front desk was also so sweet and welcoming 🙂 coming back next year!! - Sonia C.
