Friendly and super patient! Barring the ice causing a delay they were out to the house to get a quote quickly and even redid my quote working directly with my lender! So easy and thorough! Referred to them by my brother in law A+ highly recommend!

I had another insurance company for 30-yrs and every year the rates went up. Never had a claim for vehicles or home/farm. When this agency opened their office in Van Buren, I was interested in what they could offer. I was really surprised the the rates for the insurance on my Home/Farm and my vehicles. They gave me higher amounts of coverage on the vehicles 60% on the rates; the insurance on my Home/Farm has much better coverage and covers more in the home systems with a savings of 70%. Always friendly people. When a person had hit my truck on the freeway from behind the company that had been brokered for my coverage handled the whole problem with no hassles and to my advantage. No rate increase for this no-fault accident protection. I also moved our Home's insurance in Van Buren to this agency and again I have a 60% savings in insurance rates. Very happy with their services.

We have been with them for years and watched Eric run this business into the ground. It has only gotten worse and worse and today was the last straw. Just cancelled everything and will not be coming back. DO NOT USE WILCOXON INSURANCE AGENCY LLC OR YOU WILL REGRET IT

He's been taking advantage of people for years. Glad to see people are finally catching on. Had to threaten lawsuit just to get my claim processed. Terrible company. Terrible owner. Go elsewhere, anywhere is better.
