After a severe lightning wind and hail storm I contacted my homeowners insurance company to have my roof and property inspected. My insurance company contacted Wimberly to send an inspector.
Things went smoothly until the young man showed up.
He had no identifying uniform or name his shirt or vehicle. Did not give me a business card He was very abrupt to the roofer that was also here inspecting my home and several others on my street.
I tried to overlook his attitude with the roofer but not with me. He was going to ignore me standing by his vehicle until I stuck out my hand to shake his and i said hi my name is Sharon I am the homeowner. He looked at my hand like I had “dog poop “ in it.
He acted like he really did not want to be here. And i am sure he really did not like dealing with a 72 year old woman with concerns and questions but again I am the homeowner.
I do not feel he did a fair and unbiased review of the damages.
I am sorry ASI my insurance company paid Wimberly for his extremely rude abrupt attitude and behavior.

Terrible service! We have been dealing with a claim with Wimberly Claims Service for over a year!! We have never had a phone call returned and they are trying to give me replacement prices off of an eBay auction page!! Stay away from this company if at all possible.
