I feel so much better about the extended warranty I purchased.. I did not have a claim to put in I just had questions he was awesome. It’s a great company. Thomas made me feel secure in the warranty I purchased thank you.

I’ve dealt with a lot of extended warranty companies and adjusters in my career and Thomas and the whole crew at Wise are hands down the best of the bunch. He went above and beyond to help me when another repair facility was dragging their feet. If it wasn’t for them, I’d probably still be there…. My experience with Thomas M. was outstanding. I am a service advisor for a dealership and submit claims on a daily basis. We encounter some representatives that are not so personable, but the same cannot be said for Thomas. He was very clear and concise of the required items needed to complete the claim. He even reached out to give me a call to inform me of a misprint on paperwork so we would be able to receive payment in a timely manner. Very respectful gentleman with a pleasant attitude. WiseFandI is lucky to have such a great employee that takes pride in the level of care he gives. Thank you Thomas!

They took over a month to complete my claim, then stated I was "outside my contracted window" would not recommend this company. The person I spoke with stated thay they sent out the requests for necessary information. And they didn't receive that information (in over a month and never notified me of any deadline date)then stated it was "ultimately my responsibility to get the documents to them" then closed my claim amd said they won't be paying anything. Definitely not worth paying for the gap insurance through them.

Made a call to verify that the auto dealer we paid for the WISE 2-year Warrnty had activated our coverage and to request a legible copy of the Warranty.
My call was very efficiency handled by MIKE at the Warranty Administrator who was very cordial.
