Beware with the agent at the manteca office, Pedro, he lies about your down-payment, and never tells you about the extra fees, I had a policy with them and ask for an increase in coverage, he wasn't able to get me the coverage I wanted, this was a couple days after I purchased the policy, I got a quote from progressive for the coverage I wanted way cheaper than my liability policy I had with them, I asked him to cancel my policy and asked for the broker fee back since he wasn't able to get the coverage I wanted, and he gave me the run around and at the end he told that they don't give back the brokers fee.

Cuidado amigos hispano hablantes no se dejen tomar el pelo por este individuo Pedro, se aprovecha de la gente que no habla inglés, tengan cuidado y mejor coticen su seguro por otro lado, que lastima que en vez de ayudar a su gente la quiera fregar.
