I have had Geico insurance for many many years. I have also had several claims and I have used their roadside assistance a few times as well. Geico has got to be the best car insurance company you could ever ask for. Over the years my hearing has steadily declined, and I am almost completely deaf. I had to go into the office because I was involved and it hit and run and I needed to speak to someone face-to-face rather than on the phone where it is extremely difficult for me. Wynter in their Thornton office was so very patient with me to the point where she even help me manipulate my app so I could get an estimate on my car. I still had questions the next day and Nate Garcia was in the office at the time. Again, extremely helpful very patient. sometimes it's difficult to deal with a person who cannot hear and I understand that. They both walked me through every process that needed done and my car is due in the shop on Thursday for the needed repairs you guys rock thank you thank you so much.
