I’ve dealt with my share of public adjusters and Anthony/Xpert Adjusting is by far the best. He’s very knowledgeable, responsive, and most importantly honest. He is the only one I would recommend in his field. Remember that if you have an insurance claim, call Xpert Adjusting BEFORE contacting your insurance company. He’ll save you a lot of aggravation.

Alright, so June 27th 2023 my house gets struck by lightning, blows up my chimney, shoots a fireball out my fire place and fries out a fair amount of electronics. My insurance decided right off the bat to cut me a check for 3000$ for over 8000$ of just material damages. After not having a clue what to do I reached out to Anthony at Xpert adjusting (referred to by a contractor I have worked with). Not knowing a thing about adjusters I was a little nervous but quickly learned that this was the dude and he got it under control. All responsibility was taken off me so I could go on with my life while Anthony dealt with the insane amount of nonsense from my insurance. Not only did he get the real amount needed to rebuild my chimney but also recouped the cost of electronics that they initially did not want to pay out.

Now, June 27th 2024 (this really happened) half a tree falls on my house busting up my roof and air conditioner as well as going thru the attic, then thru a wall into my upstairs. I hit up Anthony right away, unsure if this was an insurance thing. He walked me thru the process of everything I needed to do even before he was signed on and involved. Lo and behold it was much worse than I thought and it was time for round 2. This dude comes back in and saves the day yet again. I now have a rebuilt chimney and repaired roof as well as many damaged goods replaced and I owe to them. Couldn’t have made it this far without them.

All being said, if this happens to you I would 100% hit these guys up, especially if you have no idea how to handle this like me. Anthony will do all in his power to make sure that you are properly taken care of. On top of that, him and his team are all wonderful to deal with and it’s always a good time to be in their company. 10+ stars if it was an option
