unfortunately I cannot recommend this platform to anyone,
because they only sell the cars if the price is right for them.
out of 6 cars won, I got only one...it's not right! who gave the most, he must receive it, right?

I win 10 cars a week, but I'm lucky if I actually get even one. The Mobiliar auction platform is not recommended. Something is definitely not right here.

I find it extremely unprofessional that I have been waiting for six months for a response regarding a car I won at auction. So far, you have not been able to tell me whether I will actually receive the car or not. If you are not satisfied with the price, you simply do not deliver the car. What is the point of holding an auction then?

The company is so unprofessional. The refuse to accept proof of the actual insured value of the car with their partner. They refuse to accept accessories to the car, despite in the contract it has 10% on the value. When asked for exact explanation of the percentage used, I got the answer , that the computer is saying. The expert that I won't name had a condescending and arrogant behaviour. After stating few things over the phone, he still refuse to accept the data points and behave high and mighty. He can't admit his mistakes. On few question about the forms he said this is our standard form and even if it is not applicable in the current situation! That is not how you operate a company. There is a reason for all of the negative feedback with this so called Experts.

Nicht kompetent. Ich dachte immer eine Experte ist da, um eine neutrale Expertise zu machen, in meinem Fall machte der Experte eine nichts aussagende Expertise. Der schaden an meinem Oldtimer wurde besichtigt und seine Antwort darauf war, „er könne es nicht beurteilen“ . Das ist eine sehr enttäuschende Antwort von einem Experten. Die Antwort zu einem Schaden sollte positiv oder negativ mit einer klaren Begründung sein. Das ist der Job von einem Experten.
