I’m very happy to be able to leave an excellent review for Yep Insurance. That company has certainly saved me a substantial amount of money for the annual premium for the Flood Insurance policy that I was seeking to replace my current Flood Insurance for my home southwest Florida. It is NOT an exaggeration to note that my current Flood Insurance provider wanted me to renew my policy at an annual premium that was OVER TWICE what the same coverage is costing me through Yep Insurance. This was after five years with my current insurer, and despite the fact that NO claims were filed regarding that policy within that five-year time period! The YEP Insurance application process was handled both professionally and expeditiously, satisfying all the concerns of both my lender and myself! They are the BEST, and we’re a pleasure to deal with!

I'm a mortgage consultant in Denver and needed to find a reasonable Flood Insurance policy for a client. I was able to speak with Emerson at YEP Insurance and he provided me with exactly what I needed. Most Flood policies that I had been seeing were ridiculously expensive, but YEP was able to use a private Flood Insurance provider to get me a very reasonable premium for my client. While I don't run into many clients that have homes in a Flood zone, when I do I know where to go now. Service and communication have been great! I was shocked how many other companies flooded my phone and emails, but Yep insurance truly delivered what they stated they were going to provide. I needed only flood insurance and that is what I got. Others tried to sell me on Homeowners insurance and endless clicking on links and I got nowhere, it was frustrating that I was being brokered. I was lucky enough to discover Yep Insurance in 2018. My flood insurance cost had exceeded 7000 dollars and I had been looking for 12 years to lower this cost. Originally it had started at some where around 5000 and every year it would increase. FEMA back then was basically the only one you could get it through. Things started to change and other underwriters were allowed to get into the flood insurance market. With some luck I found Yep right around the time that this started to become common. in 2018 Yep saved me 300 percent right off the top. in 2022 I only pay less than 1500. Needless to say that is a great BIG difference! This was all done with great efficiency and professionalism. The Yep team is the best.

After what was going to be a large percentage increase in our yearly FEMA flood insurance plan I decided to do some research for myself.... that’s when I discovered the Yep insurance website . I was skeptical about private insurance at first but, decided to make the call ._.. after speaking with Emerson and his staff my skepticism was put to rest ..Not only were they knowledgeable about flood insurance but, more importantly knowledgeable about flood insurance for my specific area ....they really seemed to understand my concerns as well as genuinely care and wanted to help me in my quest to find affordable flood insurance with good coverage . I spoke to Glenn at YEP Insurance about acquiring flood insurance for a property I was interested in buying. My lender (through FHA) required that I buy flood insurance. The owner of the property was paying $3300/yr & because the premiums for flood insurance must be paid upfront, I lost interest. Glenn was extremely knowledgeable about the difficulties and intricacies involved in writing NFIP backed loans that are approved by FHA. I had already requested a quote for an elevation certificate, but YEP can tell you whether or not you actually need one before you pay hundreds to have a property certified. Flood insurance is an expense that never gets paid off, why pay more when you can pay hundreds, if not thousands less? This company is amazing and socially ethical, so glad it exists.
