Cadmil Santana was excellent. He personally came out to check my roof and them fought insurance when they just wanted to replace pieces of it. I'm very satisfied with the service as well as the roof.

I was skeptical at first. We were first denied by our insurance company even though many neighbors were approved for a full roof replacement. Cadmiel S came by one day and took a look at our roof and thought we sufficient damage from a hail storm for replacement. We signed the paperwork with York/Cupples in August of 2023. Several months went by and back and forth and waiting. Shingle samples taken for analysis. My insurance did not communicate directly with York so I had to be the go between at times. In the spring of 2024, they approved for 8 individual shingle remove and replace and encouraged me to go to a local lumber yard and buy it myself. York/Cadmiel/Garrett knew exactly how to communicate with my insurance and continued to advocate on my behalf even though my insurance company took weeks to get back to us. The shingles were discontinued and a full replacement was warranted. Ultimately, I had to update my local insurance agent's office with how slow the Claim's Department was and within 24 hours we were approved for a full replacement. The agent's office didn't realize how long of an ordeal this was becoming. Cadmiel was giving me updates all along and even after we were approved, they noted things the insurance company missed in their payout and were able to adjust the amount higher. In the end, the roof was completed by Cupples who did a great job. 13 months later and everything was finalized - new roof, claim payout, and contractor paid. I would tell anyone that York and Cadmiel knew how to advocate on the details of the roof claim that would have been impossible for me to do on my own. I was very disappointed in my insurance company. Their claim's department was inefficient and kept stalling. The office, when called months later, was clueless to what was happening. Again, I was skeptical of York at first and warned by many people to be very careful with companies like theirs but things did shake out well and I do believe they are legitimate and have a place for those who need extra advocacy with claims. Thank you again Cadmiel for being there throughout the whole process.
