This national park is GORGEOUS! The drive up to the park along the roads hugging cliff edges is a little scary if you're not fond of heights, but the park is totally worth the stressful drive.

It's like being transported into a different world when you're in Yosemite park. The scale of the trees and rocks and cliffs leave you feeling very small and the views are awe-inspiring! There are so many trails and the park is so vast, you'd definitely need at least several days to explore it all. I'd recommend planning out which trails and areas you'd like to explore ahead of time. There were restrooms available in rest areas or sometimes at the parking lots at the start of a trail - just note where they're at on the maps if you'd like to use a toilet before getting caught in the woods without one. Take a lot of water with you and stay hydrated, it was so hot out during the days we visited and depending on the area of the park you're in, we didn't see a lot of water refill areas. Definitely refill your bottles when you find a refill spot at a rest/lodging area.

Paved areas where cars would drive and some viewpoints we saw were wheelchair accessible, but getting a parking spot near a viewpoint can be difficult/a bit of a wait depending on the time of day. A lot of dirt/grass trails in the woods we walked could be quite rocky and were not wheelchair accessible, so this would definitely be something to check ahead of time for specific areas you'd like to visit if accessibility is a concern.

Visiting this park was an amazing experience and I'll definitely be going again!

The site, with its breathtaking landscape and awe-inspiring views, was nothing short of extraordinary. No photograph can truly capture the sheer beauty of this place. From the vibrant colors of the surroundings to the majestic vistas that stretch as far as the eye can see, every aspect of this destination left me utterly spellbound. It’s a wonder that lingers long after you leave, resonating deeply in your memory.

Yosemite National Park is absolutely breathtaking! The towering granite cliffs, stunning waterfalls, and endless scenic views make it one of the most incredible places I’ve ever visited. Whether you’re hiking to Glacier Point, standing in awe at El Capitan, or enjoying the peaceful beauty of Mirror Lake, every corner of the park feels magical. The air is fresh, the wildlife is abundant, and the energy of nature is truly revitalizing. It’s a must-visit destination for anyone who loves adventure, stunning landscapes, and reconnecting with nature!

As they say.. it’s all about the journey not the destination. The trip to Yosemite was nothing but a trip to remember. We drove from Santa Clara on a fine sunny morning. As we started approaching the Yosemite park, the serene landscape, the zigzag road, mountain, forest and beautiful sky, a seer pleasure of being in the moment.

Always beautiful, amazing experiences. I love going to Sentinel Dome during the summer time, the sun sets and moon is beautiful. The most beautiful part about it all is that every time you go on a hike it’s never the same, the weather changes how the world looks completely. Whether it’s hailing, raining, windy, snowing… always a new and memorable experience. I am so blessed to live so close to something like this.

I had the most wonderful experience at this park. We entered in the south entrance coming up the 41 from Fresno. From the moment you enter, the air feels different. It feels magical. From bubbling rivers to vast expanses of stone and Forrest. There is never a dull sight to be seen. Plenty of places to pull off and gaze at the magnificence of what Yosemite has to offer. Miles of trails that make you feel like you traveled to Narnia. It’s so easy to get lost in the enjoyment and before you know it, it’s dinner time and the sun is setting. If you need a break from life, work, or just a nice breath of fresh air; this is the spot to go. 10/10. Staring at half dome through the valleys and mountains is enough to make the strongest of heart weep like a newborn. I will definitely be visiting again.

A wonderful place to visit ! Of course to fully enjoy this beautiful park you need to stay there for a few days and walk around all the places and visit as much as possible! Unfortunately we had a one-day walk, but we got a lot of positive emotions.

Come and see this place there is a ton of things to see here. Currently some of the trails are closed and those are the ones to see two of the better waterfalls but no worries if you like to hike and explore there are many trails to go . Bring the whole family and enjoy. Starting in February there will be using the reservation system so keep an eye for that. Overall I highly recommend it for the whole family.
