Have purchased home insurance from them with American family. Out of the blue got a letter saying they were dropping us. There excuse was we had a pool and metal loose on a shed. Hello are you not aware we had extremely bad winds and tornadoes lately that hit near I've been hearing about insurance companies dropping people as the weather has been extremely bad lately. Seems like money hungry people to me. This is not right and we well be looking into everything deeper.

We the people pay you insurance companies several thousand of dollars and your job is to pay out when and if a disaster happens. Not for you to just take money and drop people for dumb reasons. This is a headache as we have a mortgage, and your aware of it. Something needs to stop here.

Jose has provided the best, responsive customer service for years! I had a claim recently that began to drag out and Melissa from this office called to ask me how things were going. The second she heard it was going slow, she was on it and my claim was satisfactorily wrapped up within 1 week. Mr. Young is one lucky agent to have this great of staff!

Katie does an excellent job to ensure you will be covered to the fullest. We were previously with Allstate for 2+ years, she saved us an exceptional amount of money when we switched from Allstate to American family. She also was able to provide an increase with additional renters Insurance and it cost less than what we were paying prior. More coverage for less Money on both renters and car insurance! The process to switch was quick and we are so happy we have Katie to help educate us on our best insurance options and prices.

Once I provided her with our current policies, she turned around quotes the same day! She even offered some enhancements that were not on our current policies.
