I hired Your Blueprint Credit Repair based on their promise to remove certain negative items from my credit report with a guaranteed service. However, they failed to deliver on their promise—the items they assured me would be removed are still there.Its been already over 1 yr 6 months

I have tried multiple times to get in touch with Luz, but my calls and messages have been completely ignored. I also requested a refund for the incomplete work, yet I have received no response.

This experience has been extremely disappointing and shows a complete lack of professionalism and integrity. Once they take your money, they disappear. I am leaving this review in the hope that the owner will finally acknowledge the situation, but based on my experience, I wouldn't count on it.

I do not recommend this company—look for someone reputable instead.

This is a bit of a late review, I just wanted to give this place the recognition it deserves. I was introduced to Ines here at blueprint about a year ago when my credit score was in the mid 500s… The process didn’t take very long. Ines was on it answering all my questions and dealing with all of the negative accounts on my credit… Fast forward to now, all my 3 bureaus are over 685 and getting better. She didn’t only improve my credit, she showed me how to maintain it!

I started my credit repair journey around mid 2023, after couple of months I was discouraged because I wasn’t seeing the results I wanted. I thought the process was going to be fast because of everything I used to read online. We are not almost end of 2024 and I can’t thank Ines enough for all she has done because now I comprehend that it was a lot of work that needed to be done.
