DO NOT USE FOR WORKMEN''S COMP. They more than doubled my premium in an audit because they said I had some employees in the wrong classification and my payroll went up about 50%. You would think that is something they should tell you up front when issuing the policy (classification), Instead my premium went up 150% after the fact. I can't tell you how scammed and ripped off I feel. Also they did not exempt LLC member payroll which they should have which would have saved me half of the audit. IF I DID THIS IN MY INDUSTRY NOT ONLY WOULD I BE OUT OF BUSINESS BUT I WOULD BE FACING FRAUD CHARGES. STAY AWAY.

Zenith does not handle proccesssing workers compensation claims in a timely manner.Something as simple like sending an appointment out is a slow proccess.Iam a injured worker still awaitng my appointment to see a doctor. Really ? Making everything difficult for the injured worker. They are very unprofessional. They need to get with it! Do their job in a timely manner.

Do NOT purchase workers comp insurance through Zenith. They will take forever to process information for your claim which then causes you to lose your claim. I submitted video footage of a fraudulent claim and they do not process this information until it is TOO LATE! They do not care, all they want is your money. The longer they drag out the claim, the more money they make of you!

Don't have insurance with these guys but I was at a restaurant in Calabasas while they were clearly doing a company dinner and they were the biggest group of jerks I had ever witnessed. Particularly the owner or manager. I've never witnessed somebody that has been so completely awful to the service staff of any establishment. On that basis alone I would never work with these kinds of people. There were a couple employees that apologized for his behavior afterward but it was too little too late.
