One star is too much. I called and talked to an agent - I suppose but who knows maybe it was the janitor. They gave me a quote but said it would need to get approved and they would get back to me. When I called the next day nobody remembered speaking to me Go figure.

Bob Wood is the worst insurance agent I've ever come across. He does not respond to questions and let our coverage lapse without as much as an email. I'm not sure I've ever received worst customer service in any context. With all of the other insurance choices out there, do yourself a favor and find another company.

I needed insurance for my small business, so I called McGee & Thielen for insurance. Charlotte Brown answered the phone and we talked about my insurance needs. She found me an insurance company with a great rate.
So I signed the paperwork and made the first payment. A month went by and I have not received a billing statement. So I called Charlotte Brown's office phone several times and kept getting her voicemail. I called the insurance company on my paperwork and they said I was not in their system. I called McGee & Thielen Insurance office several more times and finally got a whole of Ms. Charlotte Brown.
I told her that I did not receive a bill. To make a long story short she said that they drop me because it was the wrong type of insurance for my business. She said she would look for another insurance company and get back to me. Weeks have gone by and I have not received a call. Again I tried to call Charlotte Brown and no answer. Terrible customer service.

Wow, I am truly shocked that they only have 3 stars. I have been using them for all my business needs. I have yet, to be disapointed. They truly rock! Charlotte, Will get you what you need, and knows her industry In and out.
