I've been a client of Mt. Diablo Insurance Brokers (MDIB) for three years. My old policy was through Farmer's and it felt like my policy premium kept creeping up year after year and eventually was well above what my family could afford. MDIB reviewed my policy and priced out multiple carriers of equal coverage for hundreds less each year. Since I first became a client, the price and coverage was right; however, the level of customer service keeps me a happy customer.

Jake and Stephanie at MDIB are easy to get a hold of, responsive to emails and phone calls, and met with me in person to discuss my recent coverage challenges. My family hired a live-in nanny who required use of the car. She's from a different country; therefore almost all insurance providers don't recognize her prior driving experience and rate her as a sixteen year old driver ($$$ yikes). I started making phone calls to carriers outside MDIB questioning whether I could do better on my own...but the answer was certainly not. Stephanie priced out thirteen different companies and found the one (Travelers) that recognized our nanny's prior driving experience and my policy dropped by $170.

My family is extremely happy with MDIB. I feel confident we've got the right level of protection, an affordable rate, and a broker who is looking to continue earning our business each year.
