I had tried to help a person I know who was down on their luck and he tried to scam me. So I thought I’d try contacting the company about it but most companies don’t care. I left a message and to my surprise I received a phone call in a very short amount of time. Yesenia A very sweet and knowledgeable lady told me she was returning my call and asked me what had happened. So I explained it and to my surprise she took care of the situation in a very short period of time. What a very pleasant surprise it was to talk to someone who actually cared. To receive the support and service from a company that I wasn’t a client of said a lot about their employees. Those are the kind of employees more companies need and pay them for the awesome job they do. If I ever change insurance companies I would definitely look into Driven!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Wow. That was cool. Needed to see what I could do about an insurance payment I was having an issue with (longer, boring story) and Yulisa was very clear, caring, knowledgeable, and literally everything you would want from an agent! Honestly I was rather nervous even discussing my issue so it was very comforting to talk to her. She really did understand and care.... honestly not something I expect from insurance companies, but I sure did/do appreciate it!
