They valued my opinions very much during the communication with the insurance company, and I didn't feel pressured. They are very experienced and can help customers solve practical difficulties. We were referred to Excel Adjusters when we were not going anywhere with our insurance company with our water damage. We were skeptical about using a public adjuster, especially knowing there would be a fee, but it's totally worth it. Excel adjusters sent someone to our home and did an estimate. The next day, we had a meeting with Mr. Park, he explained the process to us, and answered all the questions we had. We signed the agreement and they took care of everything for us from that point on. Our point of contact was Mr. Park's assistant, Sarah, she was very helpful, and gave us a lot of advice. She always answered our questions promptly and called us almost every day to update us. In the end, we got almost double what the insurance company was willing to offer. We can't be more happy and thankful for Excel Adjusters for their excellent service.
On a side note, while we are working on our claim, our friend happened to have a leak as well and we referred her to Mr. Park, Mr. Park went to her house and agreed to help her. However, after he read through her policy and realized she has a high deductible, he dropped the case. Because he knew after the fee and deductible, she won't have much left for repair. Even though Excel Adjusters didn't take her as a client, they continued to guide her in filing the claim on her own.
With all that said, I feel that Mr. Park and his team are there to look out for their clients and they have no issues running extra miles to assist them. We don't wish to have another claim but if we do, we will definitely use Excel Adjusters again.

Excel Adjusters was extremely helpful in assisting us with our insurance claim. We worked with Andrew who was always professional, helpful and accommodating. He guided us through the process and helped take care of all of our needs along the way. The entire team was extremely kind and professional and they got started on our claim as soon as we initially contacted them. If anyone feels they are being unfairly treated by their insurance company and needs to hire a public adjuster, I highly recommend Excel.

After the trip, I contacted Mr. Park Excel because I thought the living room floor was leaking. He handled the matter very promptly, and it was nice that I could contact him even on weekends. Also, we couldn't file a claim directly with the insurance company because we don't speak English. Now, we are almost done with the insurance company, and we will be able to fix the house soon, so I am grateful.

We had no idea that public adjustors even existed, but randomly heard about Excel (John Park) through a friend of ours. We are SO thankful for that chance conversation because it made such a huge difference. We discovered water damage from a hot water spring leak, which had been ongoing for several weeks. When we called our carrier, they sent an inspector who looked around our house and noticed the kitchen flooring had a slight mound. He did not crawl underneath the house, however. After that, we received notice from our carrier that we would be receiving what seemed like a very low payout. So we called Mr. Park at Excel. They immediately came and did a thorough inspection, going underneath our house. They discovered extensive water damage and mold issues in the crawl space under our house and up into our flooring and walls. It was a really bad situation (in fact our whole family had been taking turns being sick with fever for a couple weeks before this discovery). Mr. Park and Andrew got right to business and commenced remediation, helped get us long term housing, and negotiated a payout that was a world of a difference. Had we not called him we would only have received a fraction of the payout and more importantly, we may have continued living in that health hazard without fully remediating it. We would highly recommend him to anyone who is dealing with an insurance claim. Thank you Mr. Park and Andrew!

The pipe on the floor of my house burst and water leaked. I was unable to get insurance to cover it, but Excel helped me out. They handled it quickly and I received the insurance money, so I am very grateful that they were able to do the work.

My house suffered a water leakage problem which completely ruined the house. A friend referred me to Excel Adjusters, and what I had originally thought to be a very different process turned out to be a quick, easy, and great end result thanks to Excel Adjusters. Everyone was fast, easy to work with, and a great help in the whole process. From the pictures shown below, the house went from a mess to a beautiful scene that is so great to see.
