Robert Loyd was recommended to me as someone who could help get signed up for Medicare. I found him to be very knowledgeable and friendly. He got me signed up for Parts A & B, and then later helped me to select a Medicare Advantage plan /Part C.
He took the time to explain everything in simple terms and gave me options to choose from. He checked to make sure all my physicians and medications would be covered under the plan I selected and then filed my application for me. After I had been stewing about it for weeks, he made it all seem like a breeze.

My agent, Robert Loyd, has gone beyond to answer all my questions. He is very caring, understanding, and very knowledgeable. I have had some bad experiences in past so I’m sure I have been a pain! Every time I have called, email, or text he always got right back with me. Agent Loyd did us a great service on several occasions. First, by helping us change Medicare plan providers twice after the open enrollment deadline (I thought it couldn't be done, but he did it). Second, by giving us a lot of good advice on our Medicare options and drug options. He also intervened on our behalf when one of the medicare Advantage Plan providers refused to honor a relationship with our primary care physician listed as In Plan on their web pages. We are most grateful.
