I had a very challenging experience with Rick on the phone. He would talk over me and spoke to me quite condescendingly. He also quoted me nearly double what I ended up paying elsewhere, and tried to pressure me into committing to a policy with him before even giving me a firm quote. I give 2 stars because he seems knowledgeable and was polite enough when I expressed that I didn’t want to work with him because of how the call went. But overall, I was really disappointed and shocked at how the conversation went. My experience with another agency was smooth, simple, and much more affordable. I would encourage Rick to consider this feedback on how he speaks to prospective customers.

The most impressive he did was that he stepped in and processed my insurance policy the same day I needed it, when I had a family emergency. His service is above and beyond any insurance agency, he is also a good advisor with his extensive knowledge on insurance matters. I would highly recommend him to be your personal insurance agent.

I was recently referred to Rick from an insurance carrier so I called him up to ask about an umbrella policy. He was very generous with his time, knowledge and guidance and spent over an hour on the phone with me explaining the in's and out's of what I needed to know. Part of this time was spent discussing our existing property policy and him urging me to keep it with the current carrier. Although we didn't qualify for an umbrella at this time, I'll ask for his help in obtaining a policy as soon as that time comes as he immediately earned my trust.
