Very bad telephone reaching experience: I needed to learn information concerning their procedures on behalf of my elderly relative, who does not speak languages other than Russian and is hard of hearing, and I speak English and Russian, but every time I chose Russian on their voice menu, I was answered in German and could elicit in my mixture of English, basic German, and Russian that the Russian operator is unavailable and they do speak English while at least basic English we exchanged. I was repeatedly asked to call back in 20 minutes, then in an hour and again in twenty minutes. When my Germany-based relative gave me their other, hidden number, I reached their Russian operator, but my phone provider disconnected when I ran out of money, but when I topped up my phone account, the man was unavailable again! Again I was told to call back in 20 minutes. Stop this please! Your Moscow office phone line has not answered the phone at all! Very bad service, although with cheerful friendly intonations. Don't promise Russian and English if you don't provide them in Frankfurt, and if you promise, provide! Or at least make your Moscow office reachable from across Russia. Very angry.
