If I could you ZERO stars I would.
They try to sell you on insurance and it isn’t.
Absolutely horrendous - customer service was awful, never was able to receive discounts and was fraudulently told it was an insurance plan not a discount card. They refused to give me a refund for services I didn’t receive. Then tried to state that if I have “proof” I’m under a different insurance and email them, they “may give a refund”
HORRIBLE. NEVER SIGN UP.
SCAM

I’ve been paying my $44 plus monthly for I don’t even know how long now thinking that you were a medical insurance and I am pissed. I do not remember signing up for anything that would protect my home because I don’t know one therefore you guys have scammed me monthly for a very long time. I don’t make a lot of money and I sure as hell don’t need to be paying you $44 a month for what

I was lied to by the broker who I cannot get a hold of now, I was told I had an insurance policy and it is not one at all. This place is tied to a whole network of scammers. Like Balance Care, Patriot Health Florida, Administrative Concepts Inc. and several other companies. I have notified the federal trade commission and they are going to look into this insurance scam. I suggest you do the same.

I think this company stole my credit care information when I signed up for a real health insurance plan through Friday health plans. Started getting a weird monthly charge called “health add on”, I did not authorize this and don’t know what it is. Called my bank to report it. No one from this company answers the phone. My bank advised me to order a new card. This company has been flagged, I guess a lot of other people have had similar issues.

Beware…I don’t believe UCA is a health insurance company. In the year I had the plan they covered nothing…not one thing—Dr visits, check ups, labs, routine Rx (that with my old plan were FREE), NOTHING.
I just received a statement for my annual check up ($243) from Zurich/UCA stating that “charges for preventive health care are not covered.”
Isn’t that the purpose for preventive care? To PREVENT major health problems from occurring?
So…they don’t cover preventive care, prescriptions or major medical…how is UCA allowed to call themselves an insurance company?
Rake in millions in premiums and pay nothing in claims? Sounds like a shameful, fraudulent scam and people deserve better.
