We came here looking to purchase Auto and renters insurance
After providing all our information through the awkward interaction with the agent we were told in a very judgy way no insurance companies are taking risks right now and we can't sell to us needless to say we were very very upset and we walked out.
So the day after that we went directly to progressive and got renters and auto insurance no problem go directly to the source avoid third parties

Jon and Elizabeth at Trust Omega decides they didn’t need to do their jobs. I have Been with them for years. Basically was told I had to figure it out on my own. Left me hanging on a State Fund Audit. No way to communicate with the workmans comp company. Told me it wasn’t his Job. My new brokers helped me get it figured out. Guess what Jon, I was right and over charged. They sent me a refund. No thanks to you guys. Elizabeth did the same thing with our medical. Now we have been charged by two companies. I’m in the process of trying to get a refund and Elizabeth basically said I’m on my own. My new brokers even said it’s her job. No one else can help because she is the broker. If I could give zero stars I would. Save your money go elsewhere.

Some woman, who said she was Angela from Omega Pacific, called me last week and asked me if I would be interested in talking with a guy, named Charles. I said, "Yes", and we scheduled an appointment for Charles to come to my office in Oakdale to discuss business insurance and workers comp. The meeting was set for July 10, 2019 at 10AM. No one called and no one came. Real professional of them.
