I've been a customer of Diamond Quest for more than 6 years. They truly research the insurance field to get me the best quote. Whether auto or business liability and workers comp. I initially, zi was not impressed due to their small size. But, after asking about, and subsequently getting business liability insurance, I was impressed with their ability as a full service insurance agency.

Its great if you can actually speak with Stephanie... Her staff Never knows when she'll be in the office and that is unacceptable especially since she is the only person who has notorized authority. I tried to get something nortorized for 2 days with Stephanie and they kept giving various times of when she'd be in. On the 3rd day the guy said she'd definitely be there and there was no need to call before I came; I got there she she wasn't there! He didn't even have the professionalism to try to call and see if she was on her way. Unacceptable.
However diamond quest offers low cost insurance based on your income and Stephanie is very pleasent.

Diamond Quest insurance this is one of the best places to get your car insurance the owner is Stephanie there's also a lady named Susie black owned business which that doesn't matter but they are very nice people never have I had a problem with them I've been dealing with them for several years
