I called to ask about some changes that I noticed in my insurance. The agent was amazing. She had to give me news that was not necessarily what I wanted to hear, but she did it in a way that made me realize that it was still worth keeping Alignment And keeping the plan I had. I would highly recommend this person to any anybody looking for a customer service representative.

I contacted the representatives.at Alignment Health Care Customer Service department because I needed additional information and a replacement card.
These is probably the 3rd time that I have reached out to the customer service staff, not for this matter, but as a new member getting acquitted with my new health services.

I can honestly say that the service provided was outstanding each time. The representatives showed patience and made ever effort to see.to my needs for the call. I appreciate the service provided. I will highly recommend them to others.

I placed a three-way phone call to obtain more information as to what type of services my elderly mother was receiving. Representative Rosa Maria was very helpful and patient with us explaining what services Alignment provides. My mother and I were very satisfied with the level of customer service rendered. These people are fantastic. I called to help my mother update her health insurance, and the clerk was very respectful and helpful all the way. Really glad for the existence of this business as they make everything extremely easy for us. They are legitimate and not a scam and I highly recommend their services to anyone who needs good healthcare. They make what could be a bureaucratic system, less painful, smooth, and professional.

This year I changed my Medicare advantage plan to Alignment Health plan and I could not be happier. Love the representative that worked my case! Very professional kind and understanding. He wasn't in a rush to take care of my case, which by the way is an A+ for me as a senior! I had several unusual incidents during my signup with Alignment, all from outside sources. My experience with Alignment was so positive. The people I spoke to were most helpful; dear Samantha even stayed on the phone with me for 30 minutes because we had to contact Medicare. I feel very grateful to be a new Alignment member!
