Worst company and service ever! I paid these guys $5000 6 months ago to do a few years of back taxes. And nothing, no work, no progress, no communication. I have handfuls of unanswered emails and texts. Call were unanswered and never returned. I have recently gotten a hold of someone and they are refusing a return of the funds I paid and have still not done the work I paid for. I have contacted an attorney. Do not hire this company they are fraudulent.

Anyone who is thinking of hiring these guys to represent you, please read my review carefully!

Do not hire ECG expecting any particular outcome. Ultimately, the IRS + your state tax board decide your fate when it comes to your tax debt -- the lawyers at ECG do not.

Please understand that you're paying ECG for representation before the IRS & the state, not results. Think of them as like a buffer between you and the IRS/state. As such, keep your expectations in check no matter what anyone from ECG tells you.

Now, these guys will give you a wealth of information about how the IRS and state might rule on your case, they'll file forms on your behalf and they'll have some communication with the IRS & state for you, they'll call you with updates & milestones... All good stuff. These people are very experienced at the end of the day.

BUT, you can pay an individual tax lawyer (not a firm like ECG) 1/3 of their cost for the same information and representation...

Whichever way you decide to go, you will still have to advocate for yourself. A lot. Hiring a lawyer or hiring ECG will not allow you to kick your feet up and forget about your case while your lawyer(s) handle the work for you.

After talking to Several Tax attorneys the one that wasn't expected to return my call was Colt Davis of "ENTERPRISE CONSULTANTS GROUP" Explaining my Tax situation and the problems that have occurred. He started to clarify why my Tax situation was blow out of proportion. Problem Solved. He's very Professional and Respectable and that meant a lot!

Please stay away from this people.
Sergio, Daniel and Mat are just looking for easy money and do nothing with your case. They barely answer the phone and is it a full of stress working with this group.
They charged $13,000 to work with my case and what only they get done is a payment arrangement with IRS and that is something you can do yourself by simple calling to IRS.

Just don’t hire them, they are thieves!!!
