I had a really great experience working with Shelly Ferrato. We contacted her regarding home insurance quotes while we were in escrow for our house, which was a stressful process. Shelly was a gem to work with and diligently followed up with our lender to make sure everything was in order, and helped us sort out a big last minute issue.
