Literally called to ask if they were taking vehicle registrations for military for the day. The person that answered said yes, we can do that today. When I walked in they startrfntalking to each other in another language and asked if I could come back next week.

Coming from Progressive where insurance is cheaper but can't compared to JJ Premier Insurance. We received the premier services not only the comforting atmosphere but also the respect that we want to be treated... honestly the premium is a little higher but hey... you pay for what you get (no compliant)
