I have been buying auto insurance from this agent office in the last couple of months but I am very appreciated about the service they had offered me, from the owner of the office who had taken me into his suite and explain everything to me to his co-workers, especially Mr Bao who has taken his time to quote for adding or removing car to my policy, he explained a lot of things that I need to know. This office 's service exceeds my last one, I am really astonished by the way they service the customers. Very good job guys, keep on. Thanks.

Hung does not answer emails or call when it comes to billing questions. he has his part time staff, who never do their due diligence, answer his customers. You can't get straight answers from them, they will reply with little to no details leaving you to call the Farmers direct line. I asked them for billing assistance and they answered with "unsure", "maybe", "do this yourself". Take your business elsewhere, there are better rates and support offered.

My family has been with Farmers with Hung as our agent for years. We have every type of coverage with him--home, auto, life--you name it. Hung and his team are amazing. They always recommend what is best without the hard sell. Whenever I have a question, concern or problem, they're always ready to address/solve them. They will make you feel like family all the while still remaining professional. We've never had the need to look anywhere else.

We previously only had auto with Farmers, but during the height of the pandemic, we decided that we needed additional life coverage (existing policies were purchased when we were in college so it wasn't a lot because we didn't have a lot to protect). Hung explained all the different types of policies and he helped us choose a couple of policies that were affordable and appropriate for our needs. Since then, we've been referring Hung to everyone we know so that they can be prepared for any curveballs life throws at them. Always better to have it and not need it, rather than need it and not have it--especially in chaotic times like these!
