Paid loan in full and after that wasn’t aware of some fees to be paid …no written communication that I still owe fees by email or mail. After 4 years of on time payments I get a 30 day late on my credit report the manager at ext 120 Bernie never gets back to you or pick up your calls.

I was helping a driver that drive one of my trucks and is buying his own. If i could give this company a negative 10 I would. This company is a freaking nightmare they would avoid your phone calls there are the horrible , customer service is he worse I have never seen . This driver can't get a copy of the tittle to get his truck on the road about to pay his second payment.

No statements. I've been trying to get principle and interest paid amounts for 2023 since January 2023 and it's now December 2024. No way to report taxes without this info. Truck loan has been paid off since February of 2024 but never received the title. Had to call many times to only receive the title by mail in November of 2024. Customer service does answer their phones but apparently never has the authority to do anything and always blames the person who does have authority is out of town or no longer works here. HORRIBLE loan servicing company! Don't take a loan here! DO NOT RECCOMEND!

If zero stars were an option that's what they'd get HORIIBLE customer service they leave you on dead air take a long time to resolve issues closing a loan was a horrible experience they even use a title company that is not LEGIT . this last call the agent had an attitude from the moment they answered the call like we were bothering them . at the end i said thank you and they hung up on me STAY AWAY FROM CALFUND we have a commercial loan with them and cant wait to pay it off they are like the low budget of Lending. EVERYONE hates their job there's no point of calling a higher up the entire company is obviously not held accountable to everyone behaves as they want and still remain employed. Everything with our loan from beginning to know has been a MESS

Be careful with them . They will charge you whenever they please. I used a family members card one time for a payment . Now they charge it whenever they want . Keep in mind I have autopsy setup with another account info. They send threating text messages if your late 1 day. Once they charge you they say no refunds. They are committing fraud . Just be careful

This company is from unprofessional and rude do not do business with them they are screaming people’s and making peoples credit bad . Daisy is unprofessional and she need to be fired and alorda slap need to be to .they block my account so I could make a payment and tried to place my truck under REPO .i got my truck in OCT2024 I didn’t get a tag until December 312024 I couldn’t drive my truck or anything do to DIAMOND TRUCK SALE TODD put all the truck information in wrong for my tag .so I couldn’t drive or make money but they want a payment but wasn’t trying to be understanding

THE WORST COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS WITH. EXTREMELY SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES, THEY ALLOWED DIAMOND TRUCKING TO SWAP OUT THE VIN OF A TRUCK WITH 75K ADDITIONAL MILAGE. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!!!!! ONCE BOTH PARTIES WERE EXPOSED FOR THEIR SHADY DEALINGS. THEY DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO COMPENSATE. FINALLY RECEIVED A TRUCK IT WAS 10 DAYS PRIOR TO THE 1ST PAYMENT. I ADVISED THEM THAT I AM NOT!!!! MAKING A PAYMENT 10 DAYS AFTER RECEIVING TRUCK. OVER ALL SUPER HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS!!!!! WARNING!!!!! THEY ARE A SCAM!!! THEY ARE ALL THE SAME INTITY!!! THE LAWYER FOR CALFUND IS THE SAME FOR DIAMOND TRUCKING!!! RED FLAG
