The decision of DPG to suggest our HOA Board sign a 10 year contract but settled for a 3 year contract, especially since their current contract has 7 months left on it, demonstrates their lack of professionalism, credibility and responsibility to our community. This action disregards the fiduciary duty of Board members and DPG to act in the best interest of the homeowners by locking the assn into a long-term contract w/o allowing for proper evaluation of performance and the flexibility to change if needs aren't met. This premature commitment violates trust, confidence and transparency in DPG and our Board. DPG was supposed to be the professional, knowledgeable and lead HOA's in a way that benefits the homeowners, not themselves.

The other low reviews on here show the particular user's lack of understanding of how this company works with homeowner associations. The fact is that these folks are EXCELLENT in making sure that every issue is resolved so they are PROACTIVE, DILIGENT and PROFESSIONAL in carrying out their duties. Highly recommend if you don't pick my company!!

Edgar and his company DPG have been managing our community for a little over two years now and man this company really knows what they’re doing! They always answer any questions or concerns we have. We had a couple issues with our pool this year and man DPG was on it! Very impressed with their service and follow through.

Run away from Dynamic Property Group as fast as you can. This management company is a complete joke. Edgar is non responsive and has threaten, disrespected and completely ignored some of my fellow neighbors and board members during our monthly HOA meetings. He takes no responsibility for his actions and will use all his own contracts even if the price is double than other bids. My monthly HOA dues are being mismanaged and going down the drain every month.

They are excellent with communication (by phone and email) and have dedicated personnel for each department which helps everything get done in a timely manner. CEO, Edgar Szabo, personally oversees all our issues. He coordinates and conducts our monthly board meetings and with the assistance of his staff, collects and processes monthly dues, prepares various financial reports, procures and pays vendors, contractors and repair persons, coordinates board members elections and advises the board on various issues and requirements as needed.

Edgar has been very responsive when contacted and always responds quickly to correspondence.
