Do not recommend the tax services here. My husband came in to do taxes but decided to extend it so we don’t have to rush it on their end. Few days passed and no communication from Mia. When we reached out, she said she doesn’t want to help us anymore. Unreliable and unprofessional.

Liv was very informative and patient with all my questions in regard to my corporation and how to file properly. She made sure to file within IRS guidelines while making sure I only paid what was necessary and assisted with setting up my payment plan. I even referred her my friends who to say the least have a complicated situation and she spent the time and effort to make sure all their questions were answered and their taxes were done correctly vs the previous tax place. This used to be a solid and dependable tax prep firm but not anymore. If you ask anything more than one or two questions they fire you as a client. The service has gone downhill the last two years. The only thing decent is the price of a 1040 return with one state. I have a handful of questions annually but they want zero or max one question from the client or they lose patience. You know what? I'll pay more to have my return prepped just to be able to ask some questions. This has turned into a tax mill basically looking for low end clients. I was going to shop anyway but not on price - it was going to be on service.

I have found the best tax service on earth! Smart Tax and Accounting Services provided a wonderful, professional tax service. I have been here last year during my travel. I love the free coffee during my last year visit. The office was very clean, organize. I felt welcomed, comfortable and trusted when I walked in.

I come back “online” to do my tax this year. In other words, they do provide services to out of states clients also.

Trang was very knowledgeable, friendly, professional and patience. I was not a fan of numbers. She walked me through each step and patiently explain, answer all of my questions. She was very generous on her time. She spent time to explain everything to me until I got it! The price was very affordable.

I’m glad I find Smart Tax and Accounting Services. I don’t have to hold my head, deal with headache and try to do tax on my own anymore. I highly recommend Smart Tax and Accounting Services to everyone in CA and out of state.

Trang Nguyen - the owner - is knowledgeable and very enthusiasm in tackle my tax documents. Give her a call and set up an appointment, the time to discuss your financial situation with her is very much worth it.

Communication with her - either phone call or email - involving tax questions & topics is very effective, she returned my call or email to respond my inquiry almost immediately. The sincerity & honesty are the best policy of hers; very good work ethics.

The office is located in a good area, lots of parking spaces. Office is clean and tidy, free coffee and water bottle.

It has been a great pleasure working with this professional team on our 2019 tax! Trang has been so patience and courteous with us. Ever since Khoa left, the place has gone downhill.

Do Not recommend.

Excellent customer service and highly detailed oriented. This is year two of Khoa doing my return and he is tremendously focused and quick but again highly detail oriented so you can trust his work. Great communicator and simply gets the job done so you can focus on the other important things in life because taxes can hang over your head until you get them done! My advice: Don't wait until July just because you have an extension this year. Get over to Khoa and his colleagues and knock it out before the crowd !!
