Terrible experience with this company. I have been employed with the same company for over 25 years. I experienced a workers comp issue there was a lack of communication with the adjuster. They have no empathy whatsoever no assistance was offered or provided when it comes to forms/documents. Now Disability claim and they could care less about someone’s livelihood you pay into a benefit and when you need it they put you through hell. 😞

Can't ever get a hold of an adjuster, and when you finally do get one they constantly keep leaving this company. This place is a joke , probably better off getting a lawyer

Unfortunately my previous employer let go Tri-Star and hired Intercare to handle workers comp cases. I recently retired and moved out of state. For the past four years I have been receiving PRP injections to my left knee. I have never had any difficulty receiving the shots through Tri-Star. Recently, I reached out to Intercare for advice on how to receive treatment now that I am in a new state. Over the past two months I am no closer to getting treatment since I have been cycled between 3 adjusters. I have been consistently lied to and my phone calls have been ignored. I have never received such abysmal customer service in my life. The strategy of this company seems to string you along with promises of treatment only to never fulfill their duty of customer care. My phone calls are ignored in the hope that I become so frustrated and just give up. My adjusters, F.S and L. N have been terrible. Each promised a pathway to treatment but never followed through to complete the process. I placed numerous calls to each one without receiving one callback. They are either incompetent or just don't care. Perhaps they are both? Either way, they should not be employed in an industry where the health of an individual is in their control. I sent an email to Intercare describing the horrible treatment I have reeived from my adjusters, but like F.S. and L.N., I never received a reply. Based on my horrible experience with Intercare, I would recommend to any company that cares about the welfare of their employees, look elsewhere when choosing a company to handle their workers comp cases.

2/22/24 Just a quick update on my situation regarding my PRP injection. About a month after I left my review, I was assigned a new adjuster, (R. Alverez) who worked dilligently on my case. Mr. Alverez was a very welcomed change to my last two incompetent adjusters. He was constantly in touch with me and made arrangements to have my PRP injection scheduled within a two week period. Unfortunatly, the facility where I was scheduled made an error with my appointment causing a delay of one month. This was not the fault of Mr Alveraz. He was a huge help to me and deserves to be recognized for his outstanding professionalism. I was referred to an excellent doctor who handled my injection. I just hope that Mr Alverez is still my adjuster when i request to have my next PRP injection. I am hoping that my initial difficulty with Intercare was an aberation and going forward, with the help of Mr alvarez, things will be much easier.

THE WORST EVER!!! IF YOU ARE AN INJURED WORKER AND THIS ENDS UP BEING THE WORKERS COMP COMPANY WHO HANDLES YOUR CLAIM, GOOD LUCK.
MY INJURY WAS JANUARY 2018 AND I AM STILL WAITING TO HAVE MY CLAIM FINALIZED. CORPORATE NAME CHANGES, CLAIMS ADJUSTER CHANGES HAVE BEEN CONSTANT DURING THE PROCESS. NEED TO TALK TO YOUR ADJUSTER? SURE HOPE IT IS NOT ROXANNE TILLMAN, SHE WILL NEVER CALL YOU BACK.

THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE:( There is no Identification on who is answering the phone just goes straight to an very obnoxious music sound, Never can you get a live person to answer... VERY STRANGE

I have ZERO idea how they can show so many stars. I have been calling and leaving messages for months now. They constantly change "claim specialists" and never return any messages. I was injured Jan 2018, jumped thru their hoops so where is my end to all of this?
Loser company is my experience.

SUCK!!!! THEY PLAY GAMES EVEN WHEN LEGIT. MY SON IS FACING BRAIN SURGERY AND HIS CASE MGR. IS PLAYING GAMES WITH MEDICATION. BIG MISTAKE!!!! COME TIME TO SETTLE!!!
