I can not say enough about my experience with Chad as a provider of my business insurance. I provide services relating to upkeep of property and as such my needs tend to be very fluid. Where I have needed him most is in providing COI documentation to companies and property managers. The level of responsiveness to my requests has been incredible. At times I have literally made the request driving to the client in question only to have the certificate be in the fax machine when I get there. This helps to promote my companies performance especially when compared to other vendors. I have on several occasions had the comment that dealing with us for this paperwork was abnormally swift and how I must pay a premium for that level of service. Truth be told, I pay less than anyone I know. On top of that, I arrive at the job and walk right in and get to work while others are sitting there waiting and waiting. Thank you Chad.

As a small business owner these guys handle all my insurance needs! General liability, bonding, workers comp, and commercial insurance for my fleet. As a everyday Joe the handle all my insurance needs with regular car insurance and renters insurance! These guys will search for the lowest price per great policy! They are also super sonic fast when it comes to needing to change your policy or add to an existing policy! Also God forbid you ever need to make a claim but if u do, like we had to, they are lightning fast on resolving the incident. Unlike other insurers they do not make you do all the foot work!
