Karen was very professional and also helpful during our change of insurance companies. She assisted us through the whole process.
We were surprised with the cost for the install of the Flo by Moen process for our home. A mandated cost that was very excessive and only required by Farmers insurance. The installer did not pre quote and stated each install is by location.
Karen came through although with a policy expense that was very acceptable and cheaper than our prior carrier. Thank you from both of us Karen in the Robertson household.

Tired of Farmers assigning arbitrary over-inflated numbers to our vehicle mileage. It raises our rates every six months. I find that practice unethical. Their new expectation is that we take all four vehicles to a shop to verify mileage, but they won’t provide proof that it’s their new “policy”. I literally want them to set my rates on my actual mileage, not the arbitrary number they set.

Although I live in Sacramento and haven't actually been to Mr. Gaines office, I think that says a lot in itself. 😉👍 I've been able to do everything I need for my policy, by phone, fax, email, or even snail mail if necessary. 📱📠📧🐌📬😮👏 I'm terrible with names, so I apologize in advance, but the office staff, especially Olga, (I hope I'm remembering correctly), are all amazing! 💖 I always get treated with the utmost respect and my questions are always handled timely and efficiently. 😱🙌😍
I've never had an issue with my policy nor anyone at his office, including Daniel Gaines himself, (I've spoken with him and he's always been very nice too 🙂), so I can only say thank you and I appreciate all of you! 😊💜 I would definitely recommend his office if you're looking for a great agent and respectful team! 👀💁

They're a good insurance company, but both on their actual farmer's website and Google, it shows they open at 830am at the Colusa ave location, and that is false info. They open at 9AM, NOT 830AM, I waited in the parking lot for 30 minutes for them to open. PLEASE CORRECT YOUR HOURS OF OPERATION ON BOTH SITES BEFORE YOU TRULY UPSET 😡 SOMEONE. This morning, Wednesday Sept 7th, 2022, I was the 4th person in like to be there at 830am. This is unacceptable for a business, as some people have other places or obligations they have to attend to after stopping by
