Con artists. Waiting for a callback about a service we needed took about a month and then trying to terminate business send us from one line to another. We went to visit an office and the number listed, as well as the location didn’t exist. The customer service couldn’t help us either. Fun!👎🏼

Horrible from the get go! They went through so many staffing changes that by the time our alarm was installed in our newly constructed non profit facility, it was all wrong. Also even worse, they installed panic buttons but neglected to connect them to the system. We didn't realize this until one of them was accidentally deployed and the alarm company did not receive a signal. Then to really add to their horrible business practices and customer service, I have called and left messages on 4/9, 5/7, 5/21, 6/6 and now today 7/2 to speak with a manager and surprise no call back. When I call their general 877 number I can't get through to anyone and remain on eternal hold. My experience has been awful!!! Minus stars.
