The service is slow and almost nonexistent. We have lived here for 10 years with only the MOST basic maintenance. We pay top dollar (almost $4000/month) and the house is in need of basic repairs I.e. paint, wall damage from leaks etc. Very disappointing to live in a be lovely neighborhood where people take pride in their homes.

They may be good for the Landlords but as a tenant I feel very ignored. Time and time again I put in a service request to have simple things checked out or repaired and time and time again I’ve been ignored. I rent this house and do not own it so I am not comfortable fixing a lot of things myself, yet there’s little to no communication between me and them every time I request them to do there job and maintain the property. I would not recommend to rent through them if you want to feel like a valued tenant.

I have had 5 properties with this company for over 20 years. They have kept my properties rented and profitable the entire time. Even though they have changed ownership recently, their values, service and honesty have remained the same. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who wants honest service, not a bunch of fluff and sales B.S. to make them feel better.

What a great property management company. They have been managing 2 of my properties for over 10 years. All my calls are answered . All issues are solved immediately. Victor and Nicholas are always friendly. I have referred many of my friends and they all thank me. I highly recommend giving them a chance
