We are under Allstate for few years already. My husband got into an accident last March this year. We called their 800- number and told us that since our car was only under liability, they let us communicate and contact the other insurance party. They said we are the one to negotiate and follow-up everything. They said they cannot do anything because it’s only under “liability” and not a full coverage.

We added our new accord to the policy.. was paying almost $500 for 3 cars 2 months later we were hit with alittle over $1000 bill , my husband deals with them so he asked why and was told that it’s extra fee’s after processing the add on! 2 months later though So it sounded fishy to me. Ummm no I put it in my own hands to change insurance.. Glad we made that decision.

Several years ago I was in an accident with a two bed truck. It totaled my car. Allstate was right there to help me. Gave me a rental car and an allowance above my car's value so I could purchase another car. They were easy to work with, answered all my questions in a timely manner and were very concerned about my well being. They're a great company
