If I could rate this company 0 stars I would. The owner Doug is a nice guy and seems helpful. This company was contracted with Wawnesa Insurance to make an assessment on our home. The adjuster sent out to our home (Kevin) was very arrogant and non-helpful. We repeatedly told him that the "water" issue we were having was not related to anything on the ground. In fact, we had already had 2 other roofing companies come to tell us the issue was coming from above. After all of this "knowledge" and his own inspection, Kevin concluded that the issue was ground water and below ground flooding.

Today, a Roofing Engineer from a different company came to our home (contracted through Wawanesa). There conclusion was clear. It was a ROOF problem all along.

The reason I tell you this story is to avoid a KEVIN from this company as you may run into a similar problem. Our issue was caused by a ROOF LEAK however, his insistence on not being helpful and completely ignoring the facts is obnoxious and unprofessional in my opinion. Not sure if other adjusters from this company are the same but I will NEVER DEAL with this company again nor would I EVER recommend them to anyone that I care about.
