I have use Alum Rock location as well as this location for convenience. Oasis has several locations and I get to use whichever I am close to. During my visit to the Story Road location I was received and helped in a personal and quick manner. Their staff is bilingual and very professional and friendly and has made all my transactions pleasant and accurately.
Good low auto insurance rates as well as low price air travel arraignments. This location has also done a good job updating their facilities with all COVID-19 protocols for your protection. I would definitively recommend using Oasis Insurance for all their professional services.

This place is a scam when they sell the insurance everything is nice and good. But when you have real problems like claiming accidents they just dont help and i been having a claim for over 5 months now with one of their providers. Even though i have full coverage they are denying my claim. I dont have any other way to advise people not to bring bussiness to these people because you may get the same services as me.
