We learned recently how vulnerable the insurance industry has become in California, when our carrier sent us a 60-day cancelation letter saying they weren’t insuring houses anymore. To make matters worse, our broker was not available by phone or email. We then turned to Yelp reviews, hoping to find some 5 star reviews for a new agent, and we found Jim Hopwood of Insurance Solutions. We had an appointment within days and Jim gave us all the time necessary to review our needs for residence and vacation homes and both cars. He really went to bat for us, and not only found coverage in plenty of time before our other canceled, but even found us total coverage at better rates than our prior company. Always on it. Left them once…major regrets going with State Farm. Jeremy and the king of all service run companies, Tony, are the only organization we refer. All of our clients. All of our friends. All for the payment of great service for all of us. They educate us and answer their phones. The keep their word and theirs never any funny business. It totally beyond legit. I had been with this cockroach insurance broker for some 2 years, but my Loyalty ends now. Always SLOW to respond, in fact when their slacker Insurance Co "Safeco" sent us a notice of Home Insurance "Non Renewal", using some Photoshopped fake pictures of our roof covered in a thick green color (faked) and claimed our 22 year old Concrete Tile roof was covered with "Moss", instead of these Clowns at Insurance Solutions being on OUR SIDE (the Client), they were on the side of liars Safeco. I took a picture of our home's tile roof today and sent it, stating, Where's all that deep Green "Moss"? There ISN'T ANY!! Safeco is a Scummy Insuance Company, faking pictures so they can Cancel you, or an Excuse to Jack Up your Insurance Rates! And Insurance Solutions is just a SCUMMY because they'll stab you in the Back in an Instant!!

Shop someone ELSE for your Insurance needs, like the saying goes, with "friends" like Insurance Solutions, you DON'T NEED ANY MORE ENEMIES!!
