Greg Gardon was excellent in keeping me informed of status of my refi. With COVID and other issues it took 3 months to process, none of which he had any control over yet he continued to push my paperwork through the process. He was also great to work with as a person, sharing our stories of getting through covid and other life challenges. He made what could have been a very frustrating process into a positive process. I would recommend him highly. Truly a good person and great loan processor.

Probably one of the most professional companies we have dealt with in a very long.
We started with a different company in March 2020 by November 2020 we still hadn't started escrow. At that point we decided to go through our credit union, that was in early November 2020. By the end of January 2021 we were in escrow, signed the paperwork and just waited for a phone call.
Come the first week of February we had cashed out and everything was said and done.
Joanne Valdez was always available by phone, extremely professional and friendly. She answered all questions and if she didn't have the answer immediately she got back to us within 24.
We can't thank everyone enough for the help and expeditious processing.

Greg Gardon hit the ground with processing our re-fi. With rates at a low level along with the pandemic, work loads increased on his end. That didn't stop him from giving 100 percent in handling the paperwork. He answered all questions no matter how mundane they were. If I left a message on his voice mail, the returned call happened the next day. Greg stated he would try to expedite this process so as not to lose out on our rates, if they were to change unexpectedly. I was very pleased to have Greg assigned to us and left us with positive thoughts about this company. Not to mention he handled everything to conclusion. Thank you!
